What to include if you need support

A little context makes document support much faster, especially for stuck or delayed signing flows.

  • The document title or a short description of the agreement
  • The sender email address used in OfferFlow
  • The signer email address involved, if relevant
  • A short description of what you expected to happen versus what happened
